About Sherry Kotvis, MS, CAIO

I've spent much of my career deeply embedded in the real estate, construction and trades industry. From building supply and supply chain logistics to working alongside resale and new home builders, I understand the relentless pressures contractor owners face every single day.

The Career Background
My career has encompassed e-Learning strategy for Corporate America and usability testing for one of the very first online higher education universities, and she has worked with top educational institutions providing strategic solutions throughout her career

My passion is bridging that gap. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you certainly shouldn't have to choose between growing your business and having a life outside of it.

What is the expected time commitment?

We recommend dedicating 1-2 hours weekly. This includes our 90-minute alternating board discussions and workshops, plus a little time to implement what we discuss in your own business.

Do I need to be an AI expert or tech-savvy?

Not at all. No expertise is required. We focus on practical, everyday tools and experiment together. If you're willing to learn and keep a growth mindset, you're ready for this board.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Membership is completely month-to-month. However, we do recommend a 90-day commitment to allow enough time to see meaningful results, build habits, and gain true momentum in your business.

Is this just done-for-you consulting?

No. This is a collaborative Founding Board. We provide the framework, tools, and peer support, but you remain the leader of your business, choosing and implementing what works best for you.
